Fin star tube
The finned star tube is a heat exchange star-shaped finned tube of a vaporizer. It is used together with the heat exchange square connector. It is the main component on the vaporizer and belongs to the technical field of air separation industry. It mainly uses a finned tube to connect 8-16 pieces of heat exchange fins, wherein the joints are connected at the top of the four heat exchange fins evenly spaced. Fin star tube performance
The finned star tube is a kind of high-strength hard aluminum, which can be heat-treated and strengthened. It has moderate plasticity in annealing, quenching and hot state. The spot welding is good. The aluminum tube has intergranular cracks during gas welding and argon arc welding. The tendency of the aluminum tube to be cut after quenching and cold work hardening is poor in the annealed state. The corrosion resistance is not high, and the anodizing treatment and painting method or the surface is coated with an aluminum layer to improve the corrosion resistance. It can also be used as a mold material.
