Industrial aluminum extrusion die will have problems
1. Industrial aluminum bending and twisting. The main reason is that the work belt of the core and the lower die hole is unreasonable, which causes the metal flow velocity of each part of the profile to be uneven. The size and position of the split hole of the symmetric hollow profile die are asymmetrical, and the metal supply flow is not balanced, causing uneven metal flow velocity. The orifice is not machined or has an obstruction on the core to impede metal flow.
2. Industrial aluminum surface stripes. The main reason is the stripe on the surface of the profile caused by the weld zone under the mold shunt bridge, or the problem of the profile design of the profile. Due to the large wall thickness difference of the profile, the part of the length of the work zone is stripped after anodization. The color difference may also be a problem in the improper design of the extrusion die itself.
3. There are seam angles or poor welding. There are two reasons for the gap. One is that the shunt hole and the welding chamber are narrow, the metal supply is insufficient, the metal does not form enough hydrostatic pressure in the welding chamber, and the product is not welded and flows out of the die hole, resulting in soldering of the product. The gap, and then the excessive lubrication and poor lubrication caused the poor welding of the hollow profile.
